Indoor Air Quality · Downey & Greater LA
Breathe like a genius.
Allergies, pets, freeway dust, and SoCal smoke season all end up in your indoor air — which you breathe far more of than outdoor air. We measure what's actually in it, then fix it with filtration, purification, ventilation, and humidity control.

Smoke-season ready
What's floating around in there?
If any of these describe your home, cleaner air is very fixable.
Allergies that never quit
Pollen, dust mites, and dander recirculate through an unfiltered system all day long.
Smoke season anxiety
When wildfire smoke rolls in, a MERV 13 setup with sealed ducts keeps indoor air genuinely breathable.
Pets you love (and smell)
Dander and odors are a filtration-and-ventilation problem with a straightforward answer.
Dust on everything, always
Often leaky return ducts pulling in attic dust — see our air duct services.
Stuffy rooms, stale air
Tight modern homes need deliberate fresh-air ventilation — CO₂ and odors build up otherwise.
Asthma in the household
Fine-particle filtration at the air handler treats every room at once — no plug-in units to babysit.

Cleaner air in three steps

Installed at the air handler and verified with follow-up measurements — whole-home results.
Air quality questions, answered
What filter rating should my home use?+
For most homes, MERV 8–13 balances filtration and airflow. MERV 13 captures fine particles including most smoke — but your blower and duct design must support it, which we verify before upgrading.
Do air purifiers actually help with wildfire smoke?+
Yes — a properly sized whole-home filtration setup with MERV 13 media (or dedicated purification) meaningfully reduces smoke particles indoors during SoCal fire season, especially combined with sealed ducts.
What helps most with allergies and pets?+
Usually a media filter upgrade plus duct sealing, so untreated attic air stops leaking into the system. For severe cases we add whole-home purification at the air handler.
Can you measure my air quality first?+
Yes. We start with an assessment — particulates, humidity, ventilation, and duct condition — so recommendations target your actual problem instead of selling gadgets.
